   Bring small pot of water to boil.

   Gently add egg . Boil for 6 minutes 45 seconds.

   Spread full cream plain cottage cheese

   full cream plain cottage cheese: 25 g

   Once eggs are done boiling, drain hot water immediately and rest in cold water for a few moments.
